Additional security deposit of £125.00/$200.00 refundable no later
than 4 weeks after departure from the villa assuming no damages, For daily
rate divide weekly prices by 7, Stays of 4 nights or less add a one off £50.00/$80.00
to cover cleaning charges. Guests bringing pets incur an additional refundable
security deposit of £100.00/$150.00. Payment can be made by cheque
or money order, unfortunately we can not accept credit cards at this
time. Upon receipt of deposit guests will receive discount booklets,
maps and
guides to Orlando and it's attractions to help you plan your time in
Orlando.
